Payment is required prior to dispatch by credit card through the online store (EShop)


Should you wish to return a product please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 727 631 within 30 days of the invoice date.

In accordance with the Department of Fair Trading we are not required to accept return of an item due to change of mind or incorrect choice however we assess each request on a case by case scenario.

If we choose to accept return of the item a Returned Goods Authorisation Number (RGA) will be issued. A restocking fee of 20% of the item price may be applied. The original postage price will not be refunded.

Due to Infection Control merchandise must be unopened, undamaged, in resalable condition. Items that have been opened, inflated or otherwise used cannot be returned.

Returned merchandise will be accepted only with a pre-approved Returned Goods Authorisation number (RGA) from Customer Service. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container and the return postage/courier costs are to be borne by the purchaser. We recommend you use a service which provides you with proof of delivery.

Once the item is returned and confirmed to be unopened, undamaged and unused a refund will be processed within 7 working days less the original freight cost and any restocking fees.

If you are requesting an exchange of a product you will be required to pay the freight cost of shipping this product to you.

PLEASE NOTE: For Health and Hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or refunds on any of the following types of products unless they are faulty and within warranty:

  • Bathroom, shower and toilet aids
  • Cushions and covers
  • Mattresses and mattress overlays

H5 Healthcare Pty Ltd is committed to providing therapeutically sound products of superior workmanship and materials. We accomplish this with attention to every detail from assurance programs to customer satisfaction.

Any product that fails due to a defect in manufacture/workmanship will be replaced within the warranty timeframes listed in the Additional Information tab in the EShop. The warranty applies only while the item is owned by the original purchaser. The warranty is void on any product that has been tampered with, misused, abused, improperly maintained, altered in any manner or on-sold by the original purchaser.
